ARN: 307972 | EUIN: E584848 | Valid Until: 05 Aug 2027
We also hold SIF (Specialized Investment Fund) distribution capability under the AMFI framework.
We are NOT a SEBI-Registered Investment Adviser (RIA). We do not charge advisory fees.
As a Mutual Fund Distributor (MFD), our role is strictly defined by SEBI circulars as that of a distribution and transaction execution intermediary. We facilitate investments exclusively in Regular Plans of mutual fund schemes. We do not provide fee-based investment advisory services or portfolio management services governed by SEBI (Investment Advisers) Regulations, 2013 or SEBI (Portfolio Managers) Regulations, 2020.
02 Commission Disclosure
As a mutual fund distributor, RR Wealth earns trail commission from Asset Management Companies (AMCs) for distributing Regular Plan mutual fund schemes. The commission varies by scheme category and AMC. Specific commission details for any scheme are available on request prior to transaction, as mandated by SEBI.
In compliance with SEBI Circular SEBI/HO/IMD/DF2/CIR/P/2018/137 dated October 22, 2018, the mutual fund industry operates on a strict "Full Trail Model". RR Wealth does not receive any upfront commission on mutual fund investments. Commissions are paid solely as trail commission by the respective AMCs based on the daily average Net Assets Under Management (AUM) of our clients, payable for the duration an investor remains invested in the scheme.
Indicative Annual Trail Commission Ranges (Regular Plans)
Commission rates are determined independently by respective AMCs and vary based on scheme classification, investor location (T-30 vs B-30 cities, subject to active SEBI guidelines), and holding period. Below is the indicative commission range across major asset classes:
| Scheme Category | Typical Trail Commission (% p.a.) | Upfront Commission | Payment Mode |
|---|---|---|---|
| Equity Schemes (Large, Mid, Small, Flexi Cap, Sectoral) | 0.50% – 1.25% p.a. | NIL (0%) | Monthly Trail by AMC |
| Hybrid / Multi-Asset Schemes (Aggressive, Balanced Advantage, Arbitrage) | 0.40% – 1.10% p.a. | NIL (0%) | Monthly Trail by AMC |
| Debt Schemes (Short Duration, Corporate Bond, Banking & PSU) | 0.15% – 0.75% p.a. | NIL (0%) | Monthly Trail by AMC |
| Liquid & Overnight Schemes | 0.05% – 0.15% p.a. | NIL (0%) | Monthly Trail by AMC |
| Index Funds & ETFs | 0.05% – 0.25% p.a. | NIL (0%) | Monthly Trail by AMC |
| Specialized Investment Funds (SIF) | As per scheme schedule | NIL (0%) | Periodic Trail by AMC |
Note: The commission is paid out of the Total Expense Ratio (TER) of the respective Regular Plan scheme deducted daily from the scheme’s NAV by the AMC. It is not billed separately or debited from the investor’s bank account. Specific scheme-wise commission schedules are available upon request before any transaction.

Regular Plans vs. Direct Plans Clarification
Under SEBI regulations, every mutual fund scheme offers two options:
- Regular Plans: Routed through an AMFI-Registered Distributor (such as RR Wealth), where the distributor receives trail commission from the AMC to support investor onboarding, KYC fulfillment, ongoing portfolio tracking, and operational servicing.
- Direct Plans: Invested directly by the investor with the AMC without any distributor involvement, featuring a lower Total Expense Ratio (TER) due to the absence of distribution commissions.
Investors have the absolute freedom to select Direct Plans directly through AMC websites or platforms if they choose to manage their investments independently without distributor assistance.

05 Risk Factors & Statutory Warning
Mutual Fund investments are subject to market risks, read all scheme related documents carefully. The NAV of the schemes may go up or down depending upon the factors and forces affecting the securities market including the fluctuations in the interest rates. Past performance of the mutual funds is not an indicator of future performance. The Mutual Fund schemes do not guarantee or assure any returns. Please read the Scheme Information Document (SID) and Statement of Additional Information (SAI) before making an investment decision.
Investors must consider the following risk factors inherent to mutual fund investments:
- Market Risk: Value of securities in fund portfolios fluctuates with general economic, political, and regulatory developments.
- Credit & Default Risk: Debt mutual fund securities carry the risk of interest payment defaults or rating downgrades by the issuer.
- Liquidity Risk: In turbulent market environments, certain underlying securities may experience constrained liquidity, impacting transaction execution.
- Interest Rate Risk: In fixed-income schemes, bond prices typically move inversely to prevailing interest rate changes.
